The room was a nice size. The staff, from the Manager on down, were thoughtful. I was satisfied with the ocean view. The location was quiet and convenient, close to restaurants, a beautiful bay, and coffee/snack shops.

Appreciated the breakfast provided, it was hot.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was a nice size, with an ocean view, and the staff were very friendly from the Manager all the way down, allowing for early check-in and late check-out, with parking available on the street.

I had spotless wonderful room with a sofa and long sofa pull out bed, for example. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a fridge were provided if needed. The location was unbeatable and convenient in the nice quiet area.

The meals were outstanding.

We had a really nice stay at this property after reading great reviews from others. The hotel is in a particularly good and stunning location close to Clearwater Beach. We were near Clearwater, Dunedin, and Honeymoon Island.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming: helped us change a reservation, gave us advice and direction to beaches. TV not working, was fixed immediately also by reception, a big smiley for them

Elevators, corridors were not clean, and seemingly no staff to clean in the afternoons. Room had a bed smell of food (most people order pizzas and warm them in the microwaves) Windows can not be opened so bed smell stays. While close to ocean, no swimming possibility nearby other than the very busy Clearwater beach.

Location: the hotel was really close to Dunedin, the Gulf, enjoy the view. The room was recently refurbished and offered central heating, television and a microwave oven.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly accommodating and super-friendly, starting from the Manager all the way down. The rooms are spacious and offer a view of the waterway. There are plenty of breakfast options available, along with outstanding coffee and tea.

Check in member of staff was very unhelpful not lifting his head to speak, he really couldn't be bothered. We were told hotel was central to the beach but is miles away costing us $25 each way. Pool is tiny and on the main road

Exceptionally comfortable bed in a newly remodeled room. Nice facilities at the hotel. Central location in a wonderful residential area. Excellent price for the stay

View from our bayside room was very nice. Cost with AAA rate was reasonable. Ample parking, some even under cover was nice. Tried great fish restaurant near hotel on Alt 19 called Fish Camp and it was best!

Staff, although friendly were never in sight at front desk. Some young staff knew nothing about local area attractions and restaurants. Room was fine and clean but decor was all dark wood, a bit depressing, nothing like Florida atmosphere.

Proximity to Clearwater beach.

The area surrounding the hotel was a little questionable. The staff was friendly but by no means did they go out of their way to make you feel "at home". The rooms were clean and decent but they smelled a bit musky.
